History

November of 2012 John did what he wanted to do ever since the first time he played a game on that beautiful faux wood Atari system. John always wanted to make a game of his own but never mustered up the courage to do it. John had absolutely no programming experience what so ever, zip, zilch, zero. But with that crazy do-hicky, the internet, he taught himself. Less than a year later, he freaking did it, Grumpy Monkey released on iOS and Android. John is just a normal dude, like all of you. He has a full time job, and not a lot of free time. If you want to make a game, he says "Just do it! It has been one awesome wild ride!"

The long term goal of Moose Knuckle Games is to live all over the world, from uber cities like Tokyo, to Rural Villages in 3rd world countries. Wherever the laptop goes, John can continue to make games. The exposure to different cultures and environments will be reflected in the diverse collection of games Moose Knuckle Games will make. John doesn’t want to just make fun, entertaining games, he wants to make games that connect on an emotional level. John looks at video games from an artist's perspective, and he can not think of another medium where one can express themselves in more avenues than with video games. Still imagery, video, sound, music, story, and all of that with a deep level on interactivity. "It's a beautiful thing!"
